Delivery & payment

We usually ship the goods the next business day after payment of the order. If there are any problems or any details that need to be resolved, we will contact you using the contact information you have provided.

To deliver the ordered goods, we use courier services, regular mail or our representatives. You, the customer, pay for shipping and other additional costs (such as packaging).

By submitting your order to us, you are bound by our terms and conditions until delivery or cancellation of your order. We have the right to refuse your order within 10 days of placing it if it cannot be completed or fulfilled or does not meet our terms and conditions. In such case, you will be notified by email or regular mail.

As soon as we receive your order, we will contact you to clarify the method and details of delivery of the order, as well as clarify the final cost of the order, taking into account the cost of delivery. After the final calculation of the cost of the order, we will send you an invoice for payment by bank transfer.

The order is usually dispatched the next business day after payment for the order, unless otherwise agreed during the process of clarifying the details of the order.

By receiving the product, you become its owner.

We support the following payment options for goods:

Bank transfer - you will receive a confirmation by email, which will indicate the amount, account number and details under which payment must be made. We will send you the goods immediately after payment has been received. Make payment to the account no later than 5 days after ordering.
